Your Role:
As a Clinical Revenue Operations Director, You Will

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Philippines-based Revenue Cycle team, including setting up infrastructure, hiring key personnel, and creating operational processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with Huron global operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-shore leadership on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and role alignment.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project teams and drive issue resolution across global operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global counterparts and stakeholders, fostering a "one-team" culture.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while promoting professional development and growth.
  • Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards in collaboration with Huron and local partners.
  • Partner with US-based sales teams to drive growth opportunities, expand services, and enhance client offerings.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a minimum of 5 years managing RCM operations for US-based clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or higher).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in Clinical RCM functions (Clinical Documentation Improvement/Coding, Utilization Review, Clinical Denials & Appeals).
  • Hands-on experience with large EMR systems such as Cerner, Epic, or Meditech.
  • Proven success in building or scaling a new RCM solution, service line, or team.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience working in the Philippine RCM industry.
  • Master's degree or credentials in business or healthcare (MD/RN, CCDS/CDIP, CCS, CPHQ, or CCM) preferred.
  • Proficiency in RCM software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and CoPilot is a plus.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities, with experience managing budgets and utilization metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare outsourcing landscape and local regulatory environment.
