PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
· Lead, inspire and motivate others to perform and develop in their respective duties.
· Assign, direct and manage staff duties.
· Determine staff schedules.
· In coordination with OM and Training Supervisor, recommends trainings and seminars for branch personnel and non-compliance issues.
· Continually monitor and evaluates staffs job performances (e.g., annual performance evaluation, periodical meetings, etc.,)
· Recommends staff for promotion or further development.
· Holds weekly staff meetings to closely monitor branch operations (e.g., sales, expenses, customer feedback, Management new directives and branch concerns) and submit notes/reports/minutes of meeting to the Operations Manager.
SALES AND MARKETING
· Formulates weekly strategies that will maximize or boost the sales of the branch then submit reports to the Operations Manager.
· Assist the Operations Manager in the establishment of sales and marketing programs (e.g., promos, tie-ups, etc.) in order to achieve branch sales targets.
· Supports on-going promotions and advertisements on products and services through suggestive selling to customers.
· Assure daily/monthly sales targets are met. Reach 100% of clinic target.
TREATMENT SERVICES:
· Demonstrates and provides superior knowledge on products and treatment services needed by the customers.
· Attends and promptly addresses customer concerns (e.g., feedbacks, queries, comments and complaints, products return exchange)
· Oversee patient relationships and handle patient complaints.
· Reach 100% Customer satisfaction, 0% customer complaint.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
· Ensure all patient information, scheduling and treatment charting in practo and google contacts are complete, concise and correct.
· Submits branch's updates/reports (i.e., daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales, branch scorecards, promotions evaluation report) to OM.
· Manage day-to-day operations of derma.
· Recommends and prepares branch requisitions (products, medicines, office supplies, clinic supplies, marketing supplies) as advised by the SCA/Stock Clerk.
· Manage clinic protocol.
· Ensures that all government permits are displayed and up-to-date.
· Know derma office contingency plan.
· Ensures that all machines/equipments/medical instruments are in good condition and immediately reports if unserviceable already.
· Manage patient accounts.
· Prepare bank deposits.
· Implements proper Cashiering and Inventory Procedures in branch/es.
· Ensures that Cashier/Stock Clerk submits necessary reports (i.e., Daily Treasury Report, Daily/monthly Report, Daily Deposit Slips, Charge Clips and attachments, and Petty Cash Liquidation).
· Prepare patient statements.
· Prepare materials / documents for the auditor.
· Take initiative to identify and execute ways to continually improve individual and practice performance.
· To the extent possible, help others perform their tasks when overloaded or backed up or otherwise increase the operational and emotional performance of the practice.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
