Accounting Staff – Payables and Receivables

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will handle payables and receivables, assist in daily accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate requests for check payments with supporting documents such as invoices, tax certificates, billing statements, reimbursements, purchase orders, cash advances, and commissions
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements and update general ledger accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Perform data entry and administrative accounting tasks

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Commerce, Business Administration, or Banking and Finance
  • At least one year of related accounting or disbursement experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work well with a team and meet deadlines
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
