Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support U.S. finance operations by managing vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with U.S.-based accounting teams. This role ensures timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with internal controls and U.S. accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and execute payments (ACH, wire, checks) within deadlines
  • Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Track and maintain vendor records and contracts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based finance and procurement teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. accounting standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor data
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years prior experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or BPO finance support
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting processes and systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to learn U.S. compliance and reporting requirements
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
