Job Description

As an Insights Analyst, you will support global real estate brands through data analysis, reporting, and insights. You'll manage analytics requests, validate media sales data, monitor performance trends, and provide high-quality insights that empower key business decisions across global markets.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in analytics, reporting, and data analysis
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and using Big Query
• Understanding of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Experience in supporting QA processes and data anomaly analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Respond to ad hoc insights requests through internal channels (#audience-insights-data-requests Slack)
• Manage media sales data requests from Nielsen CMV and validate claims for external use
• Monitor daily analytics data to identify outliers requiring investigation
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and proactive monitoring of key metrics across brands
• Support weekly and month-end processes by updating master spreadsheets and presentation packs
• Handle reporting and insights for international real estate websites
• Support QA and acceptance testing of new tracking features in product updates
• Document analytics processes and data procedures in Confluence and Git
• Conduct periodic product deep-dive analyses and support OKR forecasting and modeling
• Provide analytics support for high-priority global initiatives
