ePBC Infinix Inc. is a subsidiary of Progress Bicycle Corporation, created to strategically enter e-commerce, with a strong desire to reach untapped markets. It is now present in online marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and its own online store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates all orders and transactions from all E-Commerce accounts (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.) with the appropriate office and warehouse personnel for proper endorsement and delivery or turnover of orders to the logistics teams of Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok. Issues sales orders for items ordered. All promptly.
  • Updates inventory of products across all active E-Commerce platforms' systems promptly to avoid incurring penalties for instances when clients order online but we have zero stocks. Inventory should not be more than what the warehouse has. Conversely, make sure that inventory will never fall to zero if there is still stock in the warehouse to prevent economic loss/opportunity costs.
  • Fill out forms when there are returns, lost items, or complaints to Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok promptly. (Uploads the documents involved to prove that the company has endorsed the items in good condition.).
  • Coordinates customer inquiries with proper office and warehouse personnel and relays the corresponding responses to the E-Commerce Manager promptly.
  • Takes photos of new items, organizes, uploads, and regularly updates in an Excel file the complete product specifications of all products for online selling, and endorses this to the E-Commerce Manager promptly.
  • Double-checks cancelled and returned items (forwarded by the E-Commerce Manager) in the seller center to update manual records in the warehouse promptly.
  • Practices vigilance when clicking "ready to ship" as soon as orders are placed online to avoid economic losses/opportunity costs (cancellation of orders, penalties incurred).
  • Practices vigilance when checking the "ready to order" tab once logistics has picked up orders to see if all orders were updated. Notifies the E-Commerce Manager immediately if not updated so she can report accordingly.
  • Practices vigilance when checking double or triple orders. Notifies the E-Commerce Manager immediately for such instances so the latter can immediately report.
  • Reports any problem or concern that arises with the E-Commerce business to the E-Commerce Manager for proper resolution.
  • Issues Sales Order forms or slips for both E-Commerce and wholesale customers as needed promptly.
  • Orders pouches, boxes, tape, and bubble wraps as needed in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok promptly.
  • Scans, attach and file important documents related to both E-Commerce and wholesale customers.
  • Issues delivery reports and releases orders for both E-Commerce and wholesale customers.
  • Informs the E-Commerce Manager when no pickup is made by the courier, and call the courier directly if needed.
  • Submits to the E-Commerce Manager the packagers' video or pictures of orders for customer disputes.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Video and photo editing skills for creating engaging social media reels
  • Graphic design skills for visual enhancements
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in the management of online businesses
  • Background in marketing strategies and execution
  • Good moral character
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Strong attention to details

Business/Office Hours for the position: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Somebody with competence and leadership skills who also has at least 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms and online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
  • Values personal excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement/learning
  • Somebody who has "malasakit", possesses a strong sense of ownership for the company, and does not just come in with an employee mindset who merely receives a salary and puts in the hours at work
  • Can take on increasing levels of pressure and is challenged by this as a precursor to growth and learning
