Sphere3 Marketing is Hiring – Outreach & Business Development Managers (Web3/Crypto)

community building, GTM strategies, partnerships, growth campaigns, content marketing, and user acquisition

Now, we're expanding our team of
Outreach & BD Managers
– ambitious individuals who can connect us with projects that need growth, partnerships, and marketing support.


Your Role

As a
BD & Outreach Manager
, you'll be the
frontline connector
between Sphere3 and new clients.

  • Join Discords, Telegrams, and Web3 communities to identify projects with challenges (low engagement, slow mints, weak collabs, poor branding, etc.)
  • Start conversations with founders, admins, or CM leads
  • Offer them a
    FREE strategy & playbook call
    via our Calendly link
  • Act as a
    problem finder + solution provider
    – Sphere3's expert team will close the deals

Compensation

  • 5% commission
    on monthly retainers
  • (Example: $5,000/month client → you earn $250)

On average, 3–4 deals can bring in
$500 – $1500+ per month
. Some of our team members are already earning
$300 – $1500/month
just from commissions.


We're Looking For

  • Passionate about Web3, crypto, NFTs, or DeFi
  • Strong networking & communication skills (LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Twitter)
  • Motivated, ambitious, and consistent — outreach is a numbers game
  • Previous sales or BD experience is a
    bonus
    , but not required (training included)
