SENIOR CREATIVE STRATEGIST

Location: PH

Hours Schedule: Full Time (40 hours)

Budget - $13-$15/hr USD

We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the vision and strategy for the company's social media channels. This is not just an executional role; it's about driving growth, setting creative direction, and shaping the future of the brand's digital voice. The right candidate will be a highly motivated leader who thrives on social media trends, viral content, and big-picture thinking while also being hands-on enough to support content creation when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and eventually help build and guide a social media team as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead creative ideation, campaign planning, and content direction to drive growth and engagement.
  • Oversee and manage posting schedules, content calendars, and growth initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends to ensure brand relevance.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in real time.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers/editors or leverage AI tools to ensure high-quality daily content production.
  • Serve as a creative leader, mentoring future team members and helping establish a scalable social media function.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Strong understanding of viral growth, trend spotting, and digital culture.
  • Experience leading creative strategy and campaigns, not just posting content.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite. (may require light design and editing work)
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and eventually manage other social media managers and designers.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencers or user-generated content campaigns.
  • Ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form video content.
  • Track record of scaling social media presence organically from zero to significant growth.
