We are currently looking for an experienced " Creative Marketing Strategist " for our client TheJulySocial.

  • Creative Direction and Quality:

    Oversee the creation of engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media posts. Set the direction for hashtag research and management, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Ensure the quality and consistency of all content produced.
  • Project Management:

    Act as the overall project manager, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and partners for campaign success.
  • Client Interaction:

    Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.

    Lead client meetings, providing strategic insights and solutions.

    Collaborate with Business Development teams for client onboarding and expansion.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    Oversee the preparation of comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.

    Analyze data to extract actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.

    Present reports to clients and guide strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Content Scheduling and Posting:

    Monitor content scheduling and posting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Review and approve content before publication.
  • Video Direction:

    Provide direction for video content creation and maintain consistency in visual storytelling.

    Develop guidelines and creative briefs for video production.
  • Market Trend Analysis:

    Conduct trend analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in campaigns.

    Share insights and thought leadership with the team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Social media management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and graphic design skills (Adobe products or similar ) are essential .
  • Strong understanding of how to select correct FX sounds and music for the relevant videos
  • Advanced video editing experience is also a key requirement with the essential use of software such as Adobe, Final Cut, Capcut or Meta tools. (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with clients internationally and locally , though nonessential, will assist in the learning curves.
