What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and chat in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in our database
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and identify areas for improvement
  6. Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your customer service and product knowledge skills

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Bachelor's degree required
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional service
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and call centre platforms
  6. Availability to work in a hybrid model, with the ability to work both in the office and remotely
  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
