We are hiring on behalf of a UK-based data analytics and advisory firm that helps businesses derive measurable insights through advanced data visualisation and analytics platforms. Their flagship analytics solution delivers comparative dashboards and benchmarking tools that empower clients to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Overview

The Product Manager (Data Analytics Platform Lead) will drive the strategic development, roadmap, and operational delivery of a growing data analytics platform. This role bridges technical execution with business outcomes, ensuring the platform's scalability, usability, and long-term value.

While this is initially a non–client-facing role, the Product Manager will lead planning, backlog prioritisation, and technical coordination with the Developer and internal stakeholders. Hands-on familiarity with Tableau and SQL is strongly preferred to effectively guide development and data integration decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning features and releases with business goals.
  • Architect data ingestion flows, data structures, and schemas in collaboration with the Technical Developer.
  • Translate requirements from internal and client sources into technical deliverables.
  • Manage feature prioritisation, release planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and release notes.
  • Collaborate with technical, analytical, and business teams to ensure delivery quality and timeliness.
  • Conduct platform demos and training for internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance tracking and user feedback.
Skills & Experience
  • Solid background in product or delivery management within data analytics or SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Tableau, SQL, or equivalent tools for data visualisation and management.
  • Experience in data architecture, ETL workflow oversight, or data modelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, documentation, and execution tracking tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution discipline.
Ideal Profile
  • 5–10 years' experience in product or analytics platform management.
  • Technically fluent, with practical experience guiding engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working across UK and PH time zones with flexibility for US-based client discussions when needed.
  • Thrives in small, dynamic teams that value accountability and autonomy.
