About the role

Nestle Business Services AOA Inc. is seeking talented Data Analytics Experts to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Data Analytics Expert, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and analytics solutions to address complex business challenges
  2. Collect, analyse, and interpret large, disparate data sets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into impactful business recommendations
  4. Design and build visualisation dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, storage, and analysis processes

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in data analytics, with a strong background in database development and administration
  2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively translate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
  6. Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, or a related field
