About the role
As an Admin Assistant at AllValue Holdings Corp., you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Team. This is a full-time role that will see you taking on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations. If you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a range of administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Providing support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to your work
- Willing to travel and be assigned to different locations.
