Job description:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Assist warehouse personnel in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports for management review.
Requirements
- Any 4 years Course Graduate.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
