Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Prepare content drafts, captions, and visuals for approval; AI handles posting.
  • Follow content calendars, track tasks, and send daily updates.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to basic comments/DMs, and research trends/hashtags.

Graphic Design & Branding (Canva)

  • Design social media posts, blog graphics, promotional flyers, and ads.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Create infographics, educational visuals, and property listing graphics.
  • Manage and organize Canva templates and digital assets for reuse.

Email Marketing & CRM (Zoho)

  • Draft and schedule email campaigns/newsletters with branded visuals.
  • Log new leads/inquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM management.
  • Strong Canva design skills (required).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands.

Job Type: Full-time
