About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote, full-time, fixed day-shift position. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives with a high level of independence. Acting as the bridge between strategy and delivery, you'll ensure campaigns run smoothly, content remains accurate and consistent, and all activities align with brand standards. You'll be expected to QA outputs, proactively coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results with accountability and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Scorecard & Reporting
- Maintain and update marketing performance scorecards.
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Project Coordination
- Manage timelines, task allocations, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.
- Take ownership of campaign launches from planning through to execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve outcomes on time.
Quality Assurance
- Review all marketing materials (blogs, emails, social posts, ads, collateral) for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
- QA outputs before release to ensure polished, error-free content.
- Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in quality and consistency.
Content Publishing & Distribution
- Schedule and upload content across blogs, email platforms, and social media.
- Monitor published content for accuracy, formatting, and functionality.
- Support SEO optimisation when publishing web content.
Team & Process Support
- Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar.
- Suggest and refine processes to improve campaign efficiency.
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including supplier management.
Requirements
- High ownership mindset – able to move projects forward independently.
- Strong QA focus with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised and efficient, with proven project management skills.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social scheduling tools, and email systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiar with Go High Level (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for publishing and engagement.
- Reliable internet connection with backup options.
