Position Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative, coachable, and passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience managing social media platforms, enjoys creating engaging content, and can confidently communicate with clients. This role starts as part-time but offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, edit, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and confidently communicate strategies and updates.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow communities.
  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Strong skills in content creation and editing (graphics, captions, short videos).
  • Trainable and coachable with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Can communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
  • Hardworking, personable, and flexible in handling tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms (the more channels, the better).
