Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and driving the success of our urgent hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Supervise: Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently.
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to final offer and absorption.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially for urgent replacement needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand manpower forecasts and urgent requirements.
  • System Optimization: Utilize recruitment platforms (like Jobstreet/SEEK) and filtering tools to ensure a high rate of qualified applicant submissions.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve overall process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices in the Philippines (PH).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle urgent and high-volume recruitment demands.
