About the Role:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Office Secretary who can handle both administrative duties and inbound sales inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work under pressure without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally
- Handle product inquiries, provide quotations, and assist in closing sales
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for fulfillment and dispatch
- Prepare and organize reports, sales documents, and receipts
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and follow-ups
- Assist in daily office operations and support company departments as needed
Qualifications (Strictly Required):
- At least 2 years experience in office admin or customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and clear communication in English and Filipino
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Gmail
- Fast learner, organized, and able to handle multitasking
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and committed to getting the job done
- Preferably with experience in logistics, B2B sales, or industrial products

- Applicants who cannot handle pressure, multitasking, or client-facing work
- Anyone applying just to "try their luck" or without solid admin background
- Unreliable, disorganized, or late submitters
