JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides clerical and administrative support for nine (9) Operations Managers and fifty-one (51) stores
- Monitors the consumption of supplies and basic stock items
- Prepares detailed reports
- Manages and safeguards all highly confidential documents
- Coordinates effectively with store officers, and corporate departments to address and fulfill store requirements.
- Handles and screens incoming calls, prioritizing urgent matters and promptly alerting the appropriate personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Background or experience in the retail industry is an advantage
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants
