Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirement:

  • OR/CR Sangla business experience is a must
  • Will manage a team of 4 people

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent and professional brand messaging across all materials and communications.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee development of marketing content (ads, blog posts, brochures, etc.) and manage campaign-aligned content calendars.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear goals and responsibilities.
  • Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed revenue and market share targets.
  • KPI Management: Define, monitor, and refine performance indicators to align with strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure marketing and sales strategies are integrated for maximum impact on customer acquisition and retention.

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Integrated Strategy: Create and execute unified marketing and sales strategies that support company growth.
  • Partnerships & Networking: Develop partnerships and explore networking opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing and sales budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Customer Engagement: Build and sustain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Feedback Systems: Establish processes to gather and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • CRM Optimization: Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Required Competencies & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' sales management experience in the financial industry
  • Strong background in market and competitive analysis, strategic planning, and KPI management
  • Experience working with merchants in the motorcycle and automotive sectors (insurance firms, repair shops, parts suppliers, etc.)
  • Proven team leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling OR/CR Sangla (two-wheel and four-wheel secured loans)
  • Exposure to Asialink or its affiliates (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion, etc.)
  • Experience launching new financial businesses
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels
