POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Analyst, Technical Operations works as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company's global enterprise server deployment. This position will perform general configuration management, SW upgrades, optimization of all enterprise server environment, integration and problem isolation/troubleshooting of large-scale global enterprise server platform. He / She should spearhead the team to deliver results and to upkeep our service level. Candidate is expected to demonstrate technical lead, adaptability and leadership potential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Provides global enterprise IT 24x7 server and storage operations support
2.    Performs daily monitoring, analysis and administration of technology operations
3.    Responsible to administer integrated technology environment including Windows server, SAN storage, VMware, MS-SQL, Microsoft AD and Exchange
4.    Follows and maintains standards practices on documentations and operations
5.    Performs hands-on trouble shooting, setup and configuration of Windows server and it's underlying technologies
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 

I.    Experience 

years experiences in Enterprise server environment with 2 years of system integration exposure
2.    Experienced in high-availability productions and disaster recovery architectures
3.    Possesses support experience with Windows servers, AD, Exchange, VMWare, SAN Storage, MS-SQL technologies
4.    Gaming and entertainment industry exposure is an advantage
 
II.    Education

1.    Possesses diploma academic or relevant professional qualifications
2.    Preferably with MCSA/MCSE certification

III.    Skills / Competencies 

1.    Technology savvy
2.    Able to work under pressure
3.    Able to keep up with a fast pace and growing company
