Kaffea-X is building the first digital trading platform for green specialty coffee—bringing transparency,

efficiency, and trust to a historically opaque market. By standardizing product classification, mapping

coffees to pricing curves with proprietary methodology, ensuring traceability, streamlining logistics and

payments, and reducing credit risk, we equip producers, exporters, importers, and roasters with the tools

they need to trade with confidence.

We're building the industry's first digital trading platform for green specialty coffee—designed to bring

transparency, efficiency, and trust to a historically opaque market. By rationalizing product classification,

employing proprietary methodology for pricing curve construction, mapping product to pricing curves,

ensuring product traceability, and streamlining logistics, payments, and mitigating credit risk for the

parties, we empower both producers, exporters, importers and roasters with the tools they need to trade

with confidence.

Role Overview

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you'll support the operational backbone of our trading platform. From

subscription-related verifications to trade execution to logistics tracking and data reconciliation, your work

ensures that every transaction of green coffee moves smoothly from seller to buyer.

Key Responsibilities

∙Monitor and process coffee trades and contracts across multiple origins and destinations

∙Track logistics milestones (e.g., FOB, shipment, arrival, delivery) and update systems accordingly

∙Assist with documentation workflows including contracts, invoices, and shipping docs

∙Support onboarding of new producers, exporters, and roasters with KYC and account setup

∙Reconcile transaction and payment data across internal systems

∙Generate operational performance reports and assist with internal analytics

∙Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and improve platform functionality

∙Maintain and refine internal process documentation

Qualifications

∙Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field

∙0–2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or marketplace support

∙Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving

∙Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets); basic familiarity with databases or CRM tools

∙Excellent communication skills—able to work with global partners across time zones

∙Interest in coffee, agriculture, or supply chain technology

Nice to Have

∙Experience in agricultural commodities, green coffee, or B2B marketplaces

∙Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency

∙Exposure to shipping/logistics platforms or ERP systems
