Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather and analyze project data to assess performance against schedules, budgets, and goals.

• Identify trends, risks, and potential issues based on project metrics.

Reporting

• Prepare detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and project teams.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on project data.

Process Improvement

• Evaluate current project management processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Help implement best practices and standards in project execution.

Support Project Planning

• Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Support risk management and mitigation strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Facilitate communication to ensure clarity on project objectives and deliverables.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, change requests, and meeting minutes.

• Ensure all project records comply with organizational standards.

Tools & Software

• Use project management software (like MS Project, Jira, or others) to track progress and manage workflows. Help train team members on project tools and reporting methods

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably in logistics or warehousing

• Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, or distribution systems.

• Experience in Philippine logistics operations is a must.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership

• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.

• Excellent time management, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and organizational skills.
