Role:
Platform Architect (ServiceNow)

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities:

  • 10–12 years of experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining
    Service Catalogues
    .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Identify automation opportunities and manage their implementation.
  • Collaborate with platform squads to assess
    ServiceNow
    and related
    Service Management tools
    (Monitoring, CMDB, etc.) for architecture design, deployment risks, and standards alignment.
  • Embed governance controls and standards in all platform rollouts through design and release checkpoints.
  • Recommend tool rationalization strategies across the ecosystem to eliminate redundancies and maintain platform integrity.
  • Maintain inventory of key platform tools (ITSM, Monitoring, CMDB) with defined ownership and SLAs.
  • Establish governance for shared services including ownership models, performance targets, and compliance policies.
  • Define and document
    integration architecture
    for non-cloud-native components; create blueprints and integration standards.
  • Conduct regular platform audits to ensure continued architectural alignment and compliance.

Good-to-Have:

  • Strong understanding of
    Service Management
    and
    Service Integration

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
    or
    ITIL V3 Foundation
    certification.
  • Basic project management experience.
