Information Technology Engineer/Network Staff

Primary Responsibilities:

1.     Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points, with a focus on CISCO and Fortinet devices.

2.     Monitor network performance and promptly troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous casino operations.

3.     Implement and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4.     Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to support and optimize network services critical to gaming and business functions.

5.     Perform regular network assessments, capacity planning, and documentation to support network growth and compliance.

6.     Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users on network-related issues.

7.     Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

8.     Participate in project planning and execution related to network upgrades, deployments, and integration with casino systems.

9.     Ensure adherence to casino policies, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming requirements.

10.  Assist in training and mentoring junior network staff as needed.

11.  This role involves completing tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all deadlines are met. It also requires handling special requests and unforeseen tasks, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality work standards.

12.  Adherence to company policies and procedures, rules and regulations, guidelines, and internal memoranda issued or to be issued by the company.

13.  High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

14.  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

15.  Commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with all company, legal and regulatory requirements
