Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
Respond to concerns a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Set up accounts for new users
With basic knowledge of programming language
Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Assist, or if able, spearhead in programming and other coding projects as needed by the company.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform duties as assigned related to current role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
Good oral and written communications skills
With at least 2 years work experience, but fresh grad are still accepted to apply
Organized, and able to work independently
Open to work with different members of the team, and has high level of customer service
Excellent understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
Able to work effectively in a team
Experience on Project management is an advantage
Good at time management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
