
Chinese/Mandarin-Speaking Travel Sales Coordinator

Basic responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese/Foreign speaking clients seeking travel services (Inbound or Outbound)
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities
Respond to client inquiries, offer recommendations and advice, make reservations, manage payments, and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Ensure that all travel arrangements meet the clients' needs and expectations
Stay updated on the latest travel products, services, destinations, and industry trends, update his/her client list as well.
Achieve sales targets by actively promoting travel packages and upselling additional services
Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Inbound Head, and General Manager to consult and work on strategic initiatives
Utilize the company's Global Distribution System (GDS) to handle travel bookings efficiently this includes booking and ticketing.
Other duties related to Foreign Sales Coordinator.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
