We're looking for a seasoned Social Ad Manager who excels at developing, analyzing and implementing advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented go-getter with a passion for seeing ROAs and a proven track record of scaling businesses through social media channels.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies to further client goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify targeting opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to our account teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Test and tweak ad creative and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years agency experience managing social media ad campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills – essential for this collaborative team role.
  • Proactive, self-starter who accepts accountability.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
