Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Credit Partners for the processing of card applications
  • Monitor and update Credit Partners on their expired cardholders
  • Request AR No. for card applications
  • Encode and print SM Credit Card and SM Shopping Card applications
  • Release and monitor card delivery status
  • Assist in sales activity and data validation related to the migration to the new system, ensuring accurate transfer and continuity of credit transactions
  • Provide administrative report to the Credit Specialist or Credit Manager as needed
