  • Process patient payments for consultations, procedures, and medications using various methods, including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.
  • Issue official receipts for all transactions and maintain detailed, up-to-date records of clinic income.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and all daily transactions (cash, credit, and HMO) at the end of each shift, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for the accounting department or manager.
  • Facilitate Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) approvals and process third-party claims, which involves verifying patient coverage and collecting necessary documentation (e.g., insurance cards, doctor's prescriptions).
  • Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries regarding payments, discounts, and clinic policies, and assist with patient coordination such as scheduling follow-up visits or answering calls.
  • Safeguard all financial data and patient information, maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with health care policies.
  • May assist with general clerical tasks, such as managing office supplies inventory, filing documents, and maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
