Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law is a criminal defense law firm based in Austin, Texas. We are a boutique firm that provides high end, white glove legal representation to clients being charged with criminal offenses anywhere in the state of Texas. Our firm is suited to handling any criminal offense, no matter how large or small; anything from petty theft to murder. The clients who hire Michael & Associates are looking for the best of the best, and they expect to get what they pay for.

We regularly handle inbound calls from prospective clients daily. Your responsibilities will include setting appointments and following up with clients to sign them up after they have spoken to an attorney.

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
  • We are seeking candidates with highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • Must have your own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection
  • Must be amenable to working night shifts and overtime
