Operations Manager

Kamilas4am is a startup that is growing rapidly. We need someone who can enjoy this journey while catching up on the speed of the founders. This job is not for everyone and if you are looking for a 9am-5pm corporate job, this is not the place. Please, don't apply.

Operations in fashion can get really complicated and Etsuka is no exception. Do you know why? Because we sell both on-hand pieces and custom orders.Many fashion brands stick to selling only on-hand items because it's simpler. But at Etsuka, we're dealing with a bigger challenge managing countless SKUs while making sure every order, custom or not, is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.

We're looking for an Operations Manager who's ready to take on that challenge; someone organized, strategic, and hands-on enough to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work directly with Mimi and I, but ideally, you'll become the person who can run daily operations independently and manage the team and partners efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations for both on-hand and custom orders
  • Manage inventory, production timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and the internal team
  • Ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing operations in a B2C brand
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple moving parts and deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills

Salary

  • ₱30,000–₱60,000 (depending on experience)
