
Field Sales Agent-Luzon Territory

About the role:
As a Field Sales Agent for our Class B segment, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our premium salon brands—driving orders, conducting product demos, and cultivating lasting relationships with high-end salons.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management Call on assigned high-end salons (chain & independents) according to weekly route plans Maintain and grow your account list—re-orders, upsells, cross-sells
- Sales Execution Hit or exceed individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly) Present product features and benefits; close orders on-site or via CRM
- Product Demonstrations & Training Conduct in-salon demos of Class B products (tools, techniques, usage) Support Education team by co-facilitating cluster trainings when needed
- Customer Service & Account Care Act as first point of escalation for salon‐level issues or complaints Proactively follow up on orders, shipments, and on-hands inventory
- Reporting & Collaboration Log all calls, orders, and competitive insights in the CRM daily Provide feedback to Sales Manager on market trends, promotions, and product performance
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related)
- Skills & Tools: Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable with MS Office (Excel for basic reports)
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales or FMCG distribution (salon/beauty channel a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling high-end beauty or salon consumables (e.g. L'Oréal, Davines)
- Familiarity with salon operations, service workflows, and stylists' needs
- Prior success conducting product demos or training sessions
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Basic monthly salary of PHP 25,000 and is subject to increase upon successfully passing the probationary period
- 1% commission for monthly sales target of PHP 300,000 per month
- Company car or transportation allowance will be provided
- Meal allowance will be provided for outside territory sales activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
