Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of IT Process Excellence & MIS Officer.

In this role, you will drive IT process improvements, manage service delivery metrics, and ensure accurate reporting across information systemsenhancing operational efficiency and delivering strategic data insights.

What the role will entail

  • Lead IT process improvement initiatives and optimize service delivery performance
  • Manage reporting systems to ensure timely, accurate insights and operational transparency
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through strategic analysis of IT metrics and processes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or other recognized process excellence methodologies, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in IT process improvement, service management, and MIS reporting, with a solid background in IT operations, project management, or governance.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, including experience in automating reports and developing self-service BI dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, process mapping tools, and performance analysis to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
