Principal Duties And Responsibilities
As the Business Excellence Sr. Manager, you will govern the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of the business and quality processes and metrics within the organization and our partner providers. You are also responsible for spearheading the end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closing out projects supporting internal business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business improvement and operational excellence across the organization. Identify, design, and execute change initiatives that directly impact business results
- Support and facilitate the development of Lean Six Sigma skills and the desired Winning Culture across the organization
- Lead the Compliance Committee and ensure all functions have developed and maintained Process Documents
- Mitigate high priority risks to maintain business continuity
- Assess applicability for certifications to maintain Etaily's capabilities
- Create financial models to ensure projects run within budget (CPI). Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time (SPI) and with desired quality
- Oversee the hypercare phase to ensure smooth operations during the project's initial phases
- Close projects by ensuring a sufficient handover process to the receiving stakeholder
- Ensure a proper change management process is followed for projects, documenting and aligning changes in scope, schedule, and costs across all stakeholders
- Synthesize business impact and project outcomes into annual Management Review reports. Verify the effectiveness of company-wide Objective and Key Results (OKRs) with respect to the annual strategic direction
- Manage the Business Excellence team's performance based on skill competency and achieving KPIs
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or supply chain). You are proactive with a results-focused mindset. You are proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and Project Management Tools, and possess excellent written and communication skills. Experience in leadership roles covering Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Compliance, ideally within industries like Ecommerce, FMCG, and Consulting, would be beneficial.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or supply chain)
- Proactive with a results-focused mindset
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and Project Management Tools
- Excellent written and communication skills
- 3+ years experience in leadership roles covering Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Compliance
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications
- Post-graduate studies or executive certifications in business, finance, or operations
This role has a HYBRID work setup.
