Job Description:

Coordinate to different store managers for store repairs and other concerns.

Develop and maintain a filing system.
-
Coordinate to suppliers and repairman.
-
Reply to email and phone inquiries.
-
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
-
Responsible for managing and overseeing all notarization processes within the organization.
-
Managing the distribution of dividends to shareholders.
-
Willing to work at Brgy. Luciano, Trece Martires City, Cavite.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in any course.
-
Preferably with proven experience at least 2 years as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.
