Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define candidate selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Maintain internal CRM and recruitment trackers with interview notes and candidate information.
  • Format CVs, schedule interviews, and manage the overall interview process.
  • Build talent pools and proactively develop pipelines to meet future hiring demands.
  • Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within a BPO setting.
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Dumaguete and available to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php18,000.00 per month
