About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch Service Officer to join our San Jose Nueva Ecija Branch team at City Savings Bank. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our valued clients. Working from our conveniently located branch in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's growth and success in the local community.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and assisting customers with their banking needs in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Processing a variety of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  3. Providing detailed information about the bank's products and services to help customers make informed financial decisions
  4. Actively promoting the bank's various account and loan offerings to new and existing customers
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
  6. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  7. Collaborating with the branch team to achieve sales and performance targets
  8. Adhering to all relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  3. Proficient in using banking software and systems to process transactions and maintain customer accounts
  4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  5. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  6. Completion of a relevant banking or finance-related qualification is preferred
