About the role

As a Branch Service Associate at City Savings Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service at our Del Monte Branch located in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. This full-time position is responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, processing transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our retail banking operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers at the branch, addressing their queries and needs in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Process a variety of customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  3. Provide information and guidance to customers on the bank's products and services
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  5. Participate in branch activities and initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
  6. Collaborate with the branch team to ensure efficient and effective branch operations

What we're looking for

  1. A graduate of any Business Course or equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or retail banking role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  5. Proficiency in basic financial and banking operations, including cash handling and transaction processing
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
