About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Insurance Officer who will lead agent recruitment, activation, and branch growth. The role involves managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting branch operations to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Recruitment and Activation: Source, screen, and onboard new insurance agents. Conduct training and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Branch Operations Support: Coordinate daily branch activities and monitor agent performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Relationship and Performance Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients. - - Coach agents to achieve sales goals and uphold service excellence.
- Business Development: Implement marketing and recruitment campaigns in the local area. Identify opportunities to expand branch presence and grow market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
