Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales efforts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our sales goals and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services through calls
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain and update customer records and information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Sales Coordination:
    • Assist the sales team in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Prepare and follow up on sales estimates, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and reports.
  • Order Management:
    • Process sales orders accurately and ensure they are completed on time.
    • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
    • Handle inquiries related to orders and ensured customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain sales databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Generate regular sales reports and analysis for the management team.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives.
    • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets and goals.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • With at least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in waste management or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic and CAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
