US Healthcare Recruiter Employment Type: Full Time We are looking for a results‑driven and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals for various roles across the United States. You will work closely with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process and successful placements in clinical and non‑clinical roles. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, home health medical billers, coders, etc.) for US-based healthcare facilities. Conduct initial screening and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and licensing standards. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on recruitment pipelines. Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets. Provide excellent candidate experience and follow through from sourcing to onboarding. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment is required. Experience using recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards (e.g., CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work night shift or US time zones. Goal-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
