We are looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters to attract, recruit, and successfully place and deploy healthcare professionals with our clients.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for complete US nurse and allied professional recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

End-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professionals.

Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize your extensive experience and industry knowledge to source, attract, and engage with qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals.

Meet target requisition and placements on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter and RPO experience is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales is an advantage.

Willingness to work remotely on a graveyard shift.
