- Handle basic data encoding and record updates
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help coordinate meetings and prepare reports
- Assist in booking flights and accommodations for company-related travel
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program requiring OJT
- Preferably taking up Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource, or related courses
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
