About the Role:
The Human Resources and Admin Intern will provide support to the Human Resources and Admin department in various administrative and basic HR-related tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced HR environment and learn about various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Helps manage the inventory of company equipment.
- Works directly with the HRAD team for everyday tasks.
- Assistance during face-to-face interview.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be amenable to report onsite for at least 300 hours.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be proficient in Canva or Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 5 months
