About the Role:

The Human Resources and Admin Intern will provide support to the Human Resources and Admin department in various administrative and basic HR-related tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced HR environment and learn about various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps manage the inventory of company equipment.
  • Works directly with the HRAD team for everyday tasks.
  • Assistance during face-to-face interview.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite for at least 300 hours.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be proficient in Canva or Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 5 months
