They bridge marketing and operations, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion, tracking success, and reporting on ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop event strategies, set objectives, create timelines, and manage budgets.
  • Logistics Management: Handle venue booking, vendor coordination (catering, tech), setup, and teardown.
  • Marketing Promotion: Create promotional materials, manage social media, email campaigns, and PR for events.
  • Attendee Management: Coordinate registration, ticketing, badges, and post-event feedback/surveys.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, creative, and other teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Analysis: Monitor performance, gather data, and report on event success to inform future events.

Summary:

The Brand Marketing Supervisor analyze and assess the business performance and reviews, monitors the merchandising, marketing and operations of assigned brand(s) to ensure the attainment of sales/ marketing objectives and profitability. Collaborates with different departments to ensure the team is set to achieve objectives.

The Brand Marketing Supervisor is accounted in ensuring the identity, personality, tone and equity of the brand are intact.

Duties:

  1. Formulates business plans for assigned brands including but not limited to sales, marketing, merchandising objectives, programs and budgets.

  2. Conducts brand market research, analysis and assessment on projects and strategies affecting the brand and the impact to the present and future market.

  3. Works with merchandising on product selection for season buys and merchandise mix

  4. Monitors sales performance of brands and inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ration

  5. Corresponds with principles on brand concerns and prepares / submits principal required brand reports.

  6. Scouts market for viable distribution, monitors performance and recommends appropriate actions.

  7. Conceptualizes, implements and evaluates marketing activities to promote brand awareness

  8. Coordinates with advertising / PR agencies for communication and advertising objectives

  9. Conducts brand training in coordination with merchandising for product specific demonstrations/ details.

  10. Keeps abreast with new brands and trends and observes competitors for pricing and new product lines.

  11. Recommends sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate sales people.

Competency requirements:

  1. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)

  2. At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor

  3. Familiar with Traditional / Digital Marketing

  4. With Good Negotiation Skills (outside suppliers)

  5. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

  6. Amenable to work in a flexible working arrangement
