The Events Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing-related events that strengthen brand awareness, support lead generation, and enhance customer engagement. This role works closely with the Product and Marketing team to ensure all events align with the company's branding, messaging, and overall marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, roadshows, brand activations, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing team to align event concepts, themes, and messaging with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and suppliers (venues, caterers, designers, production teams, etc.).
  • Manage event materials including marketing collaterals, giveaways, signage, and digital assets.
  • Oversee on-site event operations and ensure a positive attendee experience.
  • Support lead generation activities during events and ensure proper documentation and reporting of event outcomes.
  • Track event performance and prepare post-event reports including attendance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Ensure all events comply with company policies and safety standards.
  • Assist in identifying new event opportunities that support marketing and business growth.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in event management, preferably in marketing or brand-related events is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or off-site events when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
