Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Content & Communications

  • Support the creation and scheduling of marketing content for digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and subject-matter experts to produce brand-aligned materials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in managing social media platforms, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and compile performance reports.
  • Respond to basic inquiries or coordinate responses with the appropriate team.

Marketing Administration

  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing marketing assets, databases, and contact lists.
  • Support budget tracking and purchase requests related to marketing activities.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Compile marketing performance data and prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Support evaluation of campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Event & Partnership Support

  • Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing or coordination experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
