Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator (Engagement & Events) supports marketing execution through social media engagement and inquiries management, basic graphic design, and coordination of events and field activities. The role ensures consistent brand communication across online and offline channels while assisting in the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Maintain a courteous, brand-consistent tone in all communications
  • Log recurring questions, issues, and potential leads for tracking and follow-up
  • Prepare regular reports on inquiry trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics
  • Consolidate inquiries from social media and other channels into a centralized tracking report
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to address FAQs and recurring concerns
  • Create simple marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Resize and adapt approved templates for various platforms
  • Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and approval processes
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, activations, and field activities
  • Prepare event materials, giveaways, and marketing tools
  • Provide basic on-site support and assist with post-event documentation
  • Assist in requesting quotations and coordinating with suppliers
  • Track marketing materials, event items, and related documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or related course
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing coordination, social media engagement, basic design, or events support preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask across engagement, design, and event support
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Working knowledge of Canva; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Proactive, confident, outgoing, reliable, and hands-on
  • Willing to do field work and extend hours during events when needed
  • Team player with a service-oriented attitude
